Indiana police say that a truck driver is facing multiple charges after threatening another truck driver during an argument over a handicapped parking spot. The incident occurred just before 2 p. Police were called to the scene after an unidentified truck driver said that 58 year old Indiana-based trucker Brian D. Blackburn attempted to enter his truck and threatened him with a machete and hammer. The truck driver told police that the argument began when he confronted Blackburn about parking his truck in a handicapped truck parking space without a handicapped plate. The truck driver said that he asked Blackburn to move so that he could use the handicapped parking space. Blackburn reportedly refused and an argument ensued.
