Before graduating from the Architecture program at UCE, Natacha and Geuri must present a thesis — and were offered the opportunity to realize this work at the Universidad de la Rioja in Argentina. The experience will be a great instalment in their academic career, and will allow them to further develop as professionals. They supported me in every way giving me moral support and educating me properly. I consider myself as a person with good principles, thanks to the fundamental role played by my family around me as a person.

Prostitution is however far from being the only economic activity of post-Soviet female migrants in this country. Among the traditional economic sectors female migrants invest in, the service sector, especially domestic help services has experienced sustainable growth. Most of the time indeed, this phenomenon is studied from the angle of the violence against women, and other aspects of the question are left aside. And, last but not least, we also intend to scrutinize the bi-national marriages contracted by Turkish citizens with women originating from Russia and Ukraine.
