The music score was written by Philip Sainton. Set in 19th-century New England , the story follows the whaling ship Pequod and its crew. Leading them is Captain Ahab , who was almost killed in an encounter with the "great white whale", Moby Dick, which bit off much of his left leg. Now he is out for revenge. With the crew that has joined him, Ahab is out to destroy the huge sperm whale sea mammal , but his obsession with vengeance is so great that he cannot turn back, eventually leading to the death of Ahab and all of his crew, save his newest able seaman, Ishmael.

These three little words launch the cascading comedy of errors "The Death of Dick Long. But things take a turn, a turn not revealed until much later. The next thing we see, a panicked Zeke and Earl are driving Dick - lying in the back seat, covered in blood - to the hospital. What could have happened? Did a firecracker go off in his hands? Zeke and Earl make the first of an endless series of terrible decisions by dumping their friend's body outside a nearby hospital and then running away but not before struggling down a hill carrying Dick, even dropping him a couple of times.

Richard L. Proenneke's cabin at Upper Twin Lake stands out for the remarkable craftsmanship that reflects his unshakable wilderness ethic. He built the cabin using only hand tools, many of which he fashioned himself. The cabin is a roughly foot by foot structure built of peeled, round spruce logs, carefully saddle notched at the corners. It has a gable roof made of spruce poles, covered by sod and moss.

The story focuses on a married, middle-class couple who resort to robbery when the husband's employer goes bankrupt. In the year , Dick Harper Jim Carrey , an executive for a major media corporation called Globodyne, gets promoted to Vice President of Communications. On his first day on the job, however, while doing an interview on television, he learns that his CEO sold a majority of share of his stocks through shell companies, and Globodyne is accused of "perverting the American dream" by presidential candidate Ralph Nader.
