A woman who stripped off her clothes in the middle of a street after a bizzare argument with a taxi driver has been arrested. Shocking footage shows the year-old chasing and yelling out to the taxi driver around 2am on Middle Road in Singapore. At one point the woman striking the man as she continues chasing him and repeatedly grabbing the straps of her black dress. As the taxi driver runs away, the woman then strips down to her underwear and bra and kicks her dress onto the road, while cars are driving around her.
