Chosen One of the Day: Slade from Teen Titans Go!
Slade Joseph Wilson , also known as Deathstroke the Terminator , He is an enemy of the Teen Titans and is the archenemy of Robin , wanting him and the Titans destroyed for his own unknown reasons. Slade appears in the Teen Titans animated series, where he is referred to only as Slade due to censorship issues. He is the Titans' main adversary and the main antagonist of the first two seasons. His main goal is to defeat the Titans, destroy Jump City, and quite possibly conquer the world.
It'd be obvious to say that the last few years have been kind to Deathstroke. From a character that started out as a recurring nemesis of the Teen Titans, Slade's star has only risen as time's gone on. The mercenary has gotten featured roles in team books, spinoffs and events, not to mention consistent ongoing series. Deathstroke has alternated between hero and villain , generally landing somewhere in the realm of 'anti-hero'.
